  After Sendgrid got acquired by Twilio and retired their free plan, i also went with Brevo and am quite happy with it. No deliverability issues on the major email operators (Google, MS365) at all, decent delivery speed.

  Email is not dead, especially for a local shop with 340 people who handed you their address at the counter. That warm list is worth far more than cold subscribers. Don't buy anything yet. At 340 contacts you fit inside the free tier of basically every tool (Brevo, Mailerlite, Mailchimp all free to ~500-1000). Send one simple email a month: a seasonal "drop off before the festive or wedding rush" nudge. The ROI answers itself the moment one email brings back 3-4 jobs. The real trap is researching platforms, pick the free one and send this week.
